Does linen surpass cotton in terms of durability?

Linen is notably thicker and approximately 30% more robust than cotton. This difference stems from the flax plant, the source of linen, which produces significantly longer fibers compared to the cotton plant. Longer fibers directly contribute to yarn strength, a key factor influencing the fabric's overall durability. Check out or linen vs cotton blog for more information.
