Simply because we care! We care about the planet we live in, we care about the people we work with, the linen fabric we make creations from and of course our customers without whom all this wouldn't be possible. So thank you!

Orders and shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Different shipping fees may apply on location. Check out our shipping policy for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and others.) as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay.

How long will it take to get my order?

All of our products are Hand Made On Order. This means we handcraft all the products when you push the button! This may take a few days or weeks depending on how busy our seamstresses are. If we are extremely busy, we will communicate it with you by email.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at contact@laumelinen.com.We apologise, but we cannot cancel custom orders or already shipped items.

Can I check the status of my order?

For the most convenient way to stay updated on your order, consider creating a user account. This enables you to log in and access your order's fulfillment status, review your order history, store multiple addresses, and enjoy additional benefits. Additionally, you can easily monitor the shipment of your order using our Order Tracking page. Or if you need more help- simply email us and we will get back to you ASAP

Is free shipping available?

Yes! Free shipping is available on order over 150 EUR

Can I make changes to an existing order?

To make changes to an existing order, please email us at contact@laumelinen.com. We apologize, but we cannot cancel custom orders or already shipped items.

How do I start the return process?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

The refundable amount applies exclusively to the price paid for the garment(s). Please note that as we are a very small business, the shipping costs, both for the initial delivery and return, will not be refunded and remain the responsibility of the client.

What are the return conditions?

We accept returns for garments that remain unworn and in the same condition as when they were shipped. Returns are eligible within a 30-day window from the date of receipt by the client.

How long will my refund take and how will I be refunded?

After our team receives the item, we will send a confirmation to the email address you provided. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What does OEKO-TEX Standard 100 mean?

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is a certification system that sets strict standards for the safety of textiles and the protection of the environment. It's an independent global testing and certification system for textiles at all stages of production – from raw materials to the final product. At Laumė linen we only use linen that has this certification.

Can you make custom sizes?

Yes, simple alterations to the garments can be made. Please write to our team at contact@laumelinen.com to place a custom order.

What is stone-washed linen?

Stone-washing is a contemporary and secure method used to enhance the natural softness of linen material, which is inherently known for its initial firmness.

Where and how are your products made?

All of our linen products are handmade in Vilnius, Lithuania. Lithuania, one of the three Baltic states in northeastern Europe, boasts a rich linen tradition deeply intertwined with local folklore, mythology, from which even our name Laumė derives from.

Do you do gift wrapping?

Every one of our orders is wrapped with love in sustainable chic packaging, that are gift worthy. But we do not offer special gift wrapping.

How should I wash my linens?

Caring for linen is effortless: you can choose to either hand wash or machine wash linen items at low temperatures. Linen is also suitable for tumble drying on low heat. Moreover, we advise against using detergents or bleach. For a more comprehensive guide read our Linen Care Guide.

Does linen surpass cotton in terms of durability?

Linen is notably thicker and approximately 30% more robust than cotton. This difference stems from the flax plant, the source of linen, which produces significantly longer fibers compared to the cotton plant. Are the colours in photos same in real life?

Colors may vary depending on your screen settings. But our photographer does their best to capture the true color of our garments.
